岗位职责：
1.Calculate machine capacity and balance the capacity utilization and design the labor requirement.
2.Time study to establish standard working hours system, balance working load and eliminate bottleneck.
3.Study process flow and material flow, set up and maintain efficient WIP.
4.Plan and draw factory layout.
任职资格：
-Bachelor degree or above
-At least five years experience in manufacture management in foreigner-owned enterprise
-Be good at English in oral and written
